- 5-7 small plums
- 1 TBS sugar
- 1 TBS water
- 1 star anise
- 1 TSP Orange Blossom water (optional)
- 1 TSP Grand Marnier (optional)
Put everything into a small saucepan and cook until the fruit is soft, the sugar melted and a jam line situation is happening. Remove star anise and put the rest of it through a food mill.
Spread on buttered toast.
